Attempting to use any form or cheating or exploits in the game is not allowed and will result in penalties, including deleting in-game items/resources, acquired through cheating and - in applicable cases - lifetime bans.

This may include, but is not limited to, using external tools to interact with the game and operating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.

If you suspect another player of cheating, we’ll do our best to quickly investigate and take appropriate action. Send us a support ticket with the player’s name, system’s location and galaxy (server) name. If possible, please provide more information and screenshots to detail the issue.
