Players who originally used Game Center, Google Play or Facebook to register their accounts can simply use those to login directly. (First you will need to get to the login screen by going to More > Account Management > Logout)

If you created your account on an Android device, then by default your account will usually be registered with Google Play so please try that.

If you registered your account using a game account with a username and password and you can't remember your password, then please try the lost password function with the player name / email address you originally registered with.

Failing all of this, please contact us, including any receipts from purchases you have made on the account to allow us to verify you are the owner of the account.
